There is one large table for eating and playing games. The large table will seat 17. There is an attached garage for playing games and family gathering. Not for parking vehicles. There are enough beds to sleep 14. The upstairs has four sleeping spaces and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is one sleeping space on the first floor and a bathroom with a shower. Appliances we have them all - kitchen disposal, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, electric stove top and convection oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and a tankless hot water system. There is a second / extra fridge /freezer in the garage.brbrThere is a circular Weber charcoal grill. The community includes large pier going into Lake Erie, downtown shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, movie theater, parks, splash pad, pool, wellness center, playgrounds, basketball, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, mini golf, art classes, worship, exhibits, and classes. Don't forget to walk along Ohio's Most Beautiful Mile, along the shores of Lake Erie. brbrOutside the gates there is a lot to do in the surrounding communities; Cedar Point, wineries, animal safari, waterparks, island hopping, and restaurants galore. brbrNear Mazurik Boat Launch. brbrAt no additional cost, an electric four-person golf cart is included for use during the week. The golf cart is available End of May until the Middle of October. You must have a valid driver's license. You must be 21 years old to operate the golf cart. The Castle house is located on a quiet street inside the gated community of Lakeside near The Williams Tennis Courts,The Memorial Garden, and the Grindley Aquatic Center (the pool) which opened in July of 2017. The pool is just a two minute walk on 6th Street just beyond the tennis courts. brbrThe spacious home features a library in the turret, curved staircase, and updated kitchen. In addition, the first floor features a family room, large dining room, bedroom with queen size bed, laundry room, and full bath. The master bedroom is upstairs and features a king size ergonomic bed with a remote control to raise and lower the head and feet. Besides the library and remodeled full bath, there are two other bedrooms upstairs that sleeps 6 people. Bed linens and bath towels provided. (Beach towels are not provided). brbrLarge front yard with off street parking for 3 vehicles make this a preferred location for family gatherings. You are welcome to use the bicycles and the gas grill. The Lakeside community is a step back in time to a place where values, traditions, and family remain the focus. brbrIn addition to the book store, several shops and boutiques, movie theatre, parks, beach area, mini golf, and shuffleboard, families can also enjoy live evening entertainment, art classes, worship services, picnics in the park, and a variety of exhibits and art shows throughout the summer. Bicycles, walking, and golf carts are the main modes of transportation at Lakeside.brbrDuring the off season (fall thru spring) the house makes a great venue for Girls' Night Out.
