The open concept family room, dining room, and kitchen create a great family-friendly space for conversation and relaxation. The kitchen has a spacious dine-in island providing ample counter space for prepping and cooking, and offers casual seating for breakfast or informal meals. There are also new, state-of-the-art LG appliances. The family room has a large 50 inch smart TV and access to basic cable channels. The first floor also features a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom (stand up shower only). Laundry units (free!) and a half bathroom are also on the first floor. brbrThe second floor has a full bathroom with a tub shower and three bedrooms: a twin, a queen and a king.
