Parma Home w/ Hot Tub and Arcade Room!

The host was excellent at responding to any questions and concerns we had. The home is an older home but very cute and the neighborhood was nice. We did have issues with the middle bedroom having dirty bed sheets and a dirty bed comforter. They offered to send someone out but we were out and about most our stay so we just changed sheets ourselves and slept with our own blanket we brought. The game room was really fun to have downstairs even though we were out most the time so we didn't play the games but a few times. The couch could stand to be deep cleaned, it had a few stains on it as well. The stairs inside and outside are steep so just be careful when using them. Overall we had a good stay and liked how close we were to everything. The hot tub was a great bonus especially with the covering over it, because we did have rainy weather all weekend.

Host seemed attentive but upon arrival you realize they are not really present. All the doors to house were unlocked somewhat clean but no towels, dirty dishes, no soap for dishes and dirty hot tub. Large gap under exterior door letting cold air and rodents. a lot of potential but needs some work.

If you go to this property in the winter expect to request blankets and comforters. While the management team was always quick to respond and fix things it was shocking what wasn’t included. There are only enough towels for showing, bring your own for the hot tub. There are no basic cooking spices, cooking oil, limited trash bags, etc. The cooking utensils are most broken. If it snows buy some ice melt. We left ours behind, so helpfully the next group has some. The shower handle in the basement was glued on, which it fell right off. It needs a set screw. It does have a cozy feeling inside and the Game Center in the basement is critical for the extra necessary space. We all flew into town around 10 am, so I had asked if we could arrive to the venue early. I was told we couldn’t because another family was checking out (11 am) that same day and then the cleaning crew needed to do their part. Either the other family wasn’t there or the cleaning crew never came. It started snowing right as arrived and continued the whole day. When we arrived at check-in (4 pm) there were zero tire tracks or footprints. Clearly no one had been there. We found clothes left by the hot tub. Fortunately we found a snow shovel and cleared a path for our small kids to get inside.

We contacted the host a couple days after our stay because three of our family members came down with hot tub folliculitis. I was told that they clean the hot tub once a week and sometimes more. They stated that they have never had this problem before, but I would do some additional checking in the future. The house was adequate but we felt it could have been cleaner. The listing states it sleeps 10 but accommodations for our group of 5 adults and three children were tight.

The house was clean and well equipped for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and arcade room very much. We also loved the easy access to downtown Cleveland and other cool neighborhoods.

Host was very welcoming and attentive. House was clean, perfect location for downtown. Beds were super comfy! Nice neighborhood. Close to all we planned on doing. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extra effort by the owner to perform a deep clean duento my mother's allergies. We were in town to visit family and the house was conveniently located near our family.

We had a very full agenda for our time in Cleveland, and this property supported all our efforts, from being able to relax tired muscles in the spa to de-stressing in the arcade room. The rooms were comfortable and cozy and the kitchen helped make things affordable by allowing us to skip restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood was a quiet and congenial environment. We loved having the opportunity to stay there!

Photos and location just as listed, very easy check-in, good communication from host/management company. My daughter loved the arcade room, and the adults loved the hot tub!

Home was in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to Cleveland and to the National Park. Host was on top of one question we had and maintenance came out right away to fix two minor concerns. Hot tub was excellent! Would stay again!

Parma Home was acceptable. Communication with the host company was very good, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was fun. It is located in a cute neighborhood. The house could use some repairs, fresh paint, and a deep clean. Plan to bring bathroom and kitchen essentials like soap, shampoo, paper towels, salt and pepper, etc. Also, there’s no dining table to eat meals together.

My kids would come back in a heartbeat. They absolutely loved the arcade and I love that it kept them entertained. Unfortunately, bedding was not provided for the trundle bed or the pull out couch bed. I contacted the host and they said they would bring some by on our second day. They never brought the bedding. We managed but would have been more comfortable with blankets. Overall, its a good location and great home for families.

A nice cozy clean comfortable home just outside of downtown Cleveland. Host was kind and very prompt with responses.

The house was okay overall. The bedding looked like it had not been laundered and beds were messy. We weren’t told that the main TV was on a timer and when we returned around midnight after the concert the tv was on, we could not tell if someone was in the home bc all we heard was convo between two men. It was a little scary.

We had an amazing time, the house was ok, could’ve been much cleaner there was ants everywhere the AC wasn’t working at first and the lawn wasn’t mowed until the next day after we checked in but other then that everything else was good

Nice place, lacked extra blankets, no hot tub towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and basically no dish soap for a 7 day stay. Some of the furniture needs steam cleaned or replaced. Communications was great.

The hot tub was amazing! The beds were comfortable. They have amazing bakery few blocks away. The Schnitzel Haus was amazing! We will stay here again, if we are ever in the area again. It made our friend from Germany feel at home.

Check in was easy. The place was clean and the arcade room was fun for the kids. Somethings need attention like the towel hangers in both batbrooms were broken but all in all everything was great and we will definitely stay again when we visit oudamily. Thank yiu

Fun game room & hot tub. Good location between Cuyahoga Valley & Cleveland.

Enjoyed our overnight stay . Place was very clean , hot tub was awesome and there was plenty of room for everyone.

The house was clean, newly renovated, and as described. My only complaints were that the Wi-Fi was a challenge initially and that there weren’t many bath towels, but the host was really responsive and got things fixed on the Wi-Fi within the first hour.

The game room was perfect for the kiddos. The hot tub was perfect for Mommy and daddy. There were three bedrooms to accommodate the family. It's in a decent location not too far from a really nice outdoor mall. We got exactly what we paid for and expected..

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was great as well. Neighborhood was nice. Getting to & from Cleveland was super easy. I absolutely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

We came into town for a hockey showcase. House was easy to find and was perfect for the five of us! Enjoyed playing air hockey!

It was a snowy day upon our arrival and we were having additional family over to visit. We searched for a snow-shovel and some ice melt to no avail. I reached out to my contact who’d already established a line of communication ahead of our arrival. Quietly and quickly, someone came and left a new shovel and spread ice melt on the steps and walkway. It was clear before our guests came.

The property was clean, the basement and hot tub were great options and would be perfect for teenagers/kids. This property would be great in nice weather to be able to enjoy the backyard which does include a big outdoor table. Inside the house was smaller than expected, original listing had square feet at 10,000 but really it is less than 1,000. No kitchen table nor kitchen towels, rags/sponge nor dish soap. Towel holders in both bathrooms had been broken off. Got repeated automated messages about noise level. There was a tripping hazard in both entries from kitchen, definitely needs better marking or area rugs. Could also use Wi-Fi booster as TVs kept buffering.Overall, the location is very centrally located and would be perfect in warmer months. If you are confined to the house just go in with right expectations and supplies.

Owner was a great communicator. We loved the game room and covered hot tub. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice property and the owner was awesome. Would definitely stay again with a large group. The two baths were great. The beds were comfy, with clean linens. Nice touches like black makeup towels, lamps, the hot tub, and the arcade. May be a midwestern thing but 3 Cleveland rentals and they don’t provide dish clothes or towels, and measuring cups, and dish soap, so be prepared to bring your own or go shopping. The hot tub was awesome with the little pergola. Nice yard and nice neighborhood.

This was a great house for my family of 5! It was centrally located in between downtown Cleveland and Cuyahoga National Park. We split our time between the two so it made it very convenient. The game room was a huge hit with the kids too.

Quiet neighborhood. Awesome basement with arcade games. Very easy check in and check out. Will stay here again!

The house fit our needs though was smaller than we expected. It probably would be comfortable for 6-8 guests max. It has one main bathroom and a second full bath tucked away in the corner of the basement. The TV in one bedroom turned on by itself randomly, even when no one was in the home, and every morning at 6:14 AM, waking us up each morning . We couldn’t find any settings to change in the menu. The hosts called minutes after we arrived, then texted and messaged via the VRBO app multiple times a day about our stay. They wanted to schedule a good time with us to drain and refill the hot tub. Over a holiday weekend. Then canceled the maintenance. I felt this should have been done prior to our stay. The house worked for our weekend getaway.
