This is one of the few truly walkable neighborhoods in the Midwest. The neighborhood is super kid-friendly, safe, quiet, and community-oriented.brbrIf you hop in the car, downtown is a 5 minute drive East, and University Circle / Case Western / Cleveland Clinic main campus are about 16 minutes.
