Close to Kroger Finney town, Bob Evans Restaurant, LaRosa's pizza, Graeter's famous ice cream and bakery within walking distance to the home. Near Finney town YMCA and Planet fitness gym. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and attached single car garage that fits one small compact car or SUV and you can close the garage door and walk into the home from the garage that is for safety. Driveway is extended to a two-lane private driveway. Private screened in back patio porch with two white rocking chairs. Ceiling fan in one bedroom. Private yard for the family. Furnished and towels available. WIFI throughout the home. Two furnished TVs, one with ROKU and one with spectrum TV. First Alert carbon monoxide alarm and smoke/fire alarm monitored by ADT. Utilities paid for by owner. If long term stay then the family pays lawn service in the summer months managed by the owner. Washer and Dryer available in the laundry room.

Beacon hills retreat is a spacious, thoughtfully decorated 4 bed, 2.5 bath home in a quiet neighborhood just 25 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati. Whether you're in town for a family getaway, wedding, or on assignment for work; you will pleased to find comfortable king beds, a fully stocked kitchen including numerous spices and an air fryer, comfortable couches, and many games for entertainment. brbrThis home has a unique layout with a secluded living room toward the front of the home and the back of the home is open concept with a family room and kitchen with seating for 4. Each living room has its own TV, numerous games to play, and comfortable sectionals. A formal dining room with seating up to 8 is located off of the kitchen. brbrAll four bedrooms are located upstairs; 3 bedrooms have king sized beds and one has a full size bed. A queen sized pull out couch is also located in one of the king rooms with a TV. Each bed has memory foam mattresses and hotel quality linens. Whether you’re early to bed or late to rise, each bedroom has blackout curtains to accommodate any sleep schedule. brbrBehind the kitchen on the main level is a 1/2 bathroom and laundry room. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer. We have provided Tide pods, dryer sheets, an iron, and steamer. brbrBoth full bathrooms are located upstairs with one having a tub/shower combo and the primary bathroom having a walk in shower. In the bathrooms you will find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers to use. brbrOutside there is a beautifully decorated patio with seating up to 8 and a gas grill to use during your stay. During the summer months you may pick fresh strawberries and mint in our garden beds. In the garage we have a ping pong table to use. brbrParking is available in the driveway and on the street.
