You will have stunning views of the city from your balcony off the kitchen! And the University of Cincinnati and FCC soccer stadium are walking distance or a short Uber / Lyft away.brbrThis 100 year old home was renovated in 2017 and has great views of the city on the outdoor balcony and terrace (2 levels), equipped with plenty of seating for you and your guests. This listing is for the whole house, which include 2 apartments that are fully furnished and 3 stories with 3 bedrooms, two full and one half bath, 2 full kitchens and 2 living rooms. You will also have access to laundry in both units.brbrEach bedroom has a (VERY comfortable) queen sized bed and full closet with hangers. You also have an ironing board and iron. brbrIn the kitchens, you'll have all you need to cook - including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee/tea. We also have cooking oils, salt, pepper and some spices. Please let us know in advance if there are other items you may need!brbrGuests have access to the entire home and property. Both doors have a Nest lock and we will provide you with a unique code.brbrParking is free and on the street.
