The billiard room is located off the family room, as well as a bedroom (sleeping 4) with bathroom. The left wing of the ground floor includes the north facing formal dining and lounge area with open fireplace, and 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4 and 2), the library sleeps 2, and theatre room with a sofa bed sleeping 2.
