The design is minimalistic. It has two (2) bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed which can be converted to 2 long single beds upon request. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. This room has ample space for a cot which is available upon request.brbrThe living area has a Scandinavian style oak dining table, bali relax chairs and a very comfortable queen sofa which converts to a queen bed with innerspring mattress upon request. A room divider screen is available to create an additional private sleeping space.brbrThere is a flat screen Smart TV and free NBN broadband Wifi.brbrThe apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove top, oven, and coffee pod machine. A small Weber BBQ is located on the deck.brbrWe are now providing breakfast cereal and juice, along with our standard goods of fresh milk (we have added a vegan option of Almond milk), coffee pods, tea, raw sugar, shortbread biscuits, chocolate treats, fruit bowl and some condiments.brbrThe bathroom has a luxurious freestanding bath where you can indulge in a long relaxing soak. The speed is 50MB/sec. The TV is connected to the internet for IView and Free View. However given the location and attractions time is best spent outdoors both day and night, particularly summer.brbrThe location is on the eastern side of Manning Street one of the major thorough fares in Kiama hence no major roads need to be crossed to walk to Kendall's beach, the Main Surf beach or Easts Beach.brbrIt's an excellent location to take advantage of local attractions and features including the coastal walk. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.brbrEV Charging: For safety reasons and to comply with insurance requirements, guests are prohibited from charging electric vehicles at any property that does not have a dedicated EV charging station. Charging electric vehicles without proper infrastructure poses a fire hazard, and in the unfortunate event of an incident, insurance cover may be compromised, and the guest held liable.
