Sandcastle on Manning - 400 mtr to Kiama Surf Beach.

We loved the location, the patio furniture and the gas grill. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were no unexpected surprises. Thanks to Kerrie and Garry for responding quickly to our questions and sharing such a pleasing home.

We had a fantastic week in Kiama staying at this beautiful property. It is perfectly positioned to walk to Surf and Kendals beaches and into town for the cafes and restaurants.The cleanliness and quality of the house were exceptional and the amenities provided allowed for a true home from home experience. The coffee machine was a lovely touch and having a washing machine, full washing line and vacuum helped managed those sandy trips to the beach.Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend this fantastic house!

This is our 2nd stay here and we loved it this stay as much as our 1st stay 4 years ago.Location is perfect, walk or scooter everywhere, complex is very quiet, property is well kept, tidy and has all the amenities that you need including a washing machine.Property has been updated since we last stayed and they did a really good job.Can not recommend this property enough. Beautiful location and great property. Thank you for having us, hope to be back soon.

Perfect place to stay; close to the beach, walk to restaurants or dine in at the house. The house was impeccable, beds were comfy, a range of amenities provided to make your stay enjoyable. Parking on site and plenty of room inside and outside the house for a group or large family. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The property is immaculate. It is spotless, comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has excellent equipment and the barbecue and outdoor seating area are a delight.The location is in a quiet residential area, and shops, facilities and the beach are within walking distance.The hosts kept us well informed on all matters relating to the property.I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone.

Our accommodation was absolutely perfect , clean tidy, kitchen appliances fantastic, great fridge and a well equipped unit on every aspect.Bedding extremely comfortable , as same for the linen and bath towels.Highly recommended and we will certainly be booking again for our next trip down south. Great stay in Kiama!

Everyone loved the property. Our grandson wanted his Mum to buy one just like it. It was spacious, quiet and only minutes to the beach and great restaurants. It rained heavily but we still went out to explore Kiama, the beaches and nearby Bushrangers Bay. Kerrie communicated with us very clearly and thoughtfully. I'd recommend this stay.

Loved this property and location.Everything was exceptionally clean, well furnished and accessible.Rarely do you get a property that meets or exceeds what's in the pics however we can honestly say this place met and exceeded our expectations.We would definitely consider coming back here, the next time we visit Kaima.

We loved our stay in Kiama so much. The property was walking distance to beach and cafes was great being able to walk everywhere. The house was clean well equipped with everything you need, was a great area, perfect for our stay. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a nicely appointed, comfortable rental home only a few minute walk from surf beach. Has everything you need.

The place was great for our family holiday. You can easily walk to beaches, restaurants and shops. It was clean, quiet and well appointed. Definitely stay here again when visiting Kiama.

We recently stayed at this beautiful town house with our 2 young kids. It was very clean and had everything we needed, not too far from the beach ( 30 second drive or 10 minute walk). Host great to talk to, definitely recommend.

The property itself is stunning-spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and into to town. We will be back!
