Kiama Jazz and Blues Festival is a free three-day South Coast signature event. It is set on the stages, streets, parks, cafes, bars and clubs across the breathtaking Kiama region. This unique, jam-packed weekend celebrates two music genres that refuse to sit still, set against one of the country's most picturesque backdrops.

Close to the heart of Kiama, Surf Beach, and the historic Kiama Showground. This townhouse has now been transformed, a home away from home.

Modern 2 b/room townhouse: main b/room queen bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan, reverse cycle aircon, and Ensuite bathroom.
B/room 2 has 2 x king single beds which can make a king bed, full length robe, ceiling fan, and reverse cycle air con. both upstairs with small balcony.
All linen is supplied.
There is also a Portable cot and high chair available for an infant, on request, at no additional charge.
Please note, we do not supply bedding for the cot.

Downstairs is the open living area consisting of new kitchen, dining, and living area with smart TV, WiFi access, outdoor area has BBQ, table and chairs.
All kitchenware, crockery and cutlery supplied, coffee machine, dishwasher, induction cooktop, parking at the side and front of the unit.
Full bathroom with bath, and Laundry off the Kitchen.
Notes:
This property has internal stairs, and a balcony, please supervise children at all times.
Access details to property will be sent the day prior to arrival.
The guest limits apply at all times during your booking, ie 4 people, an addition of an infant 0-18 months, is permitted on request at no extra cost.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and other residents, we do not accept end of school bookings, or party bookings, or groups under the age of 21 years.
If you or any of your guests receive a warning regarding excessive noise, you may be asked to leave with no refund of monies.
Noise audible outside the dwelling is prohibited between the hours 10 pm - 8.00 am.

    We had a fantastic week in Kiama staying at this beautiful property. It is perfectly positioned to walk to Surf and Kendals beaches and into town for the cafes and restaurants.The cleanliness and quality of the house were exceptional and the amenities provided allowed for a true home from home experience. The coffee machine was a lovely touch and having a washing machine, full washing line and vacuum helped managed those sandy trips to the beach.Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend this fantastic house!

    This is our 2nd stay here and we loved it this stay as much as our 1st stay 4 years ago.Location is perfect, walk or scooter everywhere, complex is very quiet, property is well kept, tidy and has all the amenities that you need including a washing machine.Property has been updated since we last stayed and they did a really good job.Can not recommend this property enough. Beautiful location and great property. Thank you for having us, hope to be back soon.

    Perfect place to stay; close to the beach, walk to restaurants or dine in at the house. The house was impeccable, beds were comfy, a range of amenities provided to make your stay enjoyable.     The property is immaculate. It is spotless, comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated.     Our accommodation was absolutely perfect , clean tidy, kitchen appliances fantastic, great fridge and a well equipped unit on every aspect.Bedding extremely comfortable , as same for the linen and bath towels.Highly recommended and we will certainly be booking again for our next trip down south.     Everyone loved the property. Our grandson wanted his Mum to buy one just like it. It was spacious, quiet and only minutes to the beach and great restaurants. It rained heavily but we still went out to explore Kiama, the beaches and nearby Bushrangers Bay. Kerrie communicated with us very clearly and thoughtfully. I'd recommend this stay.

    We recently stayed at the subject accommodation, and it was absolutely perfect! The property itself is stunning-spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and into to town. We will be back!
