Step back in time as you enter Airlie, a casual and comfortable '60s beach house. It's so close to the beach that you can smell the salt in the air, you can hear the constant sound of the waves breaking on the shore, and of course, you can see it all from the house. You can walk to the water's edge in just a couple of minutes. brbrThere is a large deck where you can enjoy fantastic views of the beach as you relax after your morning swim. You might even spot a dolphin or two. At twilight sit back with a glass of something as you watch the stunning Gerroa sunset, and at night dine under the stars, as you admire the spectacular Milky Way above. Then, at bedtime be lulled to sleep by the ever-present sound of the surf as the waves collapse on the shore. brbrTHE HOUSEbrbrAirlie is a large, older style house, with a veritable beachy feel. brbrThere are 3 bedrooms (two with a queen bed, and one with trio bunk beds - double on the bottom and a single on top). There is also a sunroom with two single beds, perfect for two children.brbrThe open plan lounge, dining and kitchen have river and beach views, as does the deck.brbrThe double garage has been fitted out as a kids'/teenagers' pad, with table tennis, coffee table and an old lounge or two to loll about on.
