Classic recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in Gerroa, has amazing ocean, beach and sunset views over Seven Mile Beach.
The house accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs contains with 2 bedrooms, new bathroom, open plan living with smart TV (Netflix,YouTube, etc) DVD, dining and kitchen, while downstairs includes 1 bedroom, renovated bathroom, separate lounge and TV and laundry with a washing machine.

Stayed Jan 7, 2025We had a great stay at Cool View. The house is really well equipped, especially the kitchen. The view is amazing as advertised. Only drawback is the lack of supplied linen or an option when booking to hire through a local provider. We found a business in Kiama to hire sheets and towels but feels like it would be really easy for the agent/owner to set this up as a option when booking. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024A week stay with family, ocean view superb, reasonably close to beach but need to be fit to walk it. The only thing that could make it better would be air conditioning. A very enjoyable holiday for all of us would highly recommend

Stayed Nov 5, 2021This is a lovely beach house and accommodated the 3 adults very confortably. Great deck and lovely herb garden to gather from. My only issue would be that at this price I would expect linen to be provided and for that reason I would not stay here again.
