All guests must be non-smokers.brbrThe property is spread across two levels, with open-plan living / dining / kitchen upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. As the lower level is accessed via stairs, and the backyard is accessed via a steep ramp, this property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues and/or families with young children.brbrUpstairs features a well-appointed kitchen with stone benchtops, a lounge area with electric recliners, and a dining area that opens out onto a balcony with gas BBQ and filtered water views. The kitchen is complete with induction cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge / freezer, and Breville The Oracle Jet coffee machine. The property offers unlimited WiFi, streaming via an Amazon Fire Stick, and plenty of games, puzzles and books.
