As the lower level is accessed via stairs, and the backyard is accessed via a steep ramp, this property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues and/or families with young children.brbrUpstairs features a well-appointed kitchen with stone benchtops, a lounge area with electric recliners, and a dining area that opens out onto a balcony with gas BBQ and filtered water views.
