Welcome to Whitehouse On The Water! This brand new, palatial home is located on a picturesque beach in Corlette and is less than 10 minutes drive to Nelson Bay. This generously proportioned, contemporary beach house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and multiple living areas inside and out, allowing it to effortlessly accommodate up to 12 guests (max 10 adults) in total comfort and luxury. The water views are breathtaking and the pretty harbour beach has calm water, ideal for little ones andrelaxing dips.

On the ground floor you’ll find a huge undercover terrace and vast open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room all overlooking the glistening water of the bay, plus a sunny internal courtyard, full bathroom and second living area with sofa bed suitable for two children. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features a coffee machine, drinks fridge and butler’s pantry. The open plan living areas flow out to the spacious terrace, with BBQ, where you can whittle the hours away on the comfy lounge setting, dine alfresco while you gaze at the panoramic sea vista or watch boats bobbing in the bay and spot dolphins just metres from the shoreline. The beach is a family favourite among locals and visitors and the kids are sure to spend their days building sandcastles, swimming and playing on the grassy reserve. Located at the side of the house is a handy outdoor shower. At the end of the beach is a delightful bush path along the waterfront that leads to Peppers Anchorage and their award-winning day spa and restaurant.

All four divine bedrooms, plus an ensuite and two bathroom are located upstairs. The plush master bedroom includes a lounge, massive WIR, and a spacious ensuite with bathtub and double vanity. The master opens onto a large undercover balcony and enjoys spectacular views of the beach and waters of the bay. The second bedroom has an en-suite luxe bathroom, a queen bed, and is also blessed with water views and opens onto the balcony. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and there’s a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. The queen room has a door into another sizeable designer bathroom between these two bedrooms.

Whitehouse On The Water has a laundry with washer and dryer, free WiFi, ducted air-conditioning through, ceiling fans in the bedrooms (excl. the bunk room), a single garage and parking off-street on the driveway for two additional vehicles.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 12.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION -
1 King, 2 Queen and 2 King Single bunks (4 singles in total)

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towels and linen (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security camera

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Everything is of excellent quality, including the 2 ovens/coffee machine/washer and dryer/BBQ/sonos music system as well as the kitchen supplies and linen. We hired paddleboards locally for a week and paddled from the doorstep every day. It was a terrific vacation.

We couldn't have chosen a better place for our family escape and catch up. Stunning beach house with everything imaginable taken care of. Beautiful design and decorated with flair. Located right on the beach at Corlette with only 10 steps to the sandy beach and beautiful blue water. Spent our days outside with no children looking for a device or tv to entertain them (actually neither did the adults). Kitchen fitted out with everything we needed. Loads of games for everybody as well. Views are not bad either!!! We will definitely be back and hope to make this an annual trip where we can all be under one roof in pure luxury. Stay Port Stephens are very professional and easy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded very promptly to my queries. Cannot wait to return.
