The main level has a huge porch with simply amazing views of the valley. Sit in our rocking chairs and soak it all in! Exterior lighting provides for outside enjoyment in the beautiful spring/summer evenings and a winter wonderland when there is snow.br brAdditionally, the main floor has one bedroom with king bed and full bath and offers a spacious kitchen with quality amenities, a full coffee/drink station, two dining areas and everything you will need to feed your group after a fun day of outdoor activities. French doors allow for fresh air and easy access to the front porch for additional entertaining areas. A grill is provided for your outdoor cooking experience. br brThe second floor offers a huge bedroom with one king, one queen and a sleeper sofa with a large full bathroom that has both a tub and shower. Water pressure can vary so we ask that you not run all the showers at one time. Additionally, we ask that you use the toilet paper provided (single ply) and that you not flush feminine products to avoid clogging.br3. Respect the neighbors property and privacy. No trespassing. br4. No joy riding ATV/ROV's in the neighborhood. (ROV = Recreational Off-Road Vehicle)br5. No food or trash left outside the home or in your vehicle. There is wildlife, including bears. Leaving food/trash outdoors or in your car can attract unwanted visitors and they can be very dangerous and destructive. We are not responsible for damage to your personal items, including your vehicle and/or ROVs.br6. House garage and personal items stored in garage are off limits to guests. Guest may pass through the garage to access one of the entry doors. br7. Property accessibility. During the summer, 2-wheel drive is fine. During the winter, a 4-wheel/AWD vehicle is a must, especially in snow. You might consider being prepared with chains/snow socks. Our home is on a private road and the snow is not plowed with regularity. We only ensure the driveway is cleared for our guests. br8. There is no access to the river from our home. Use public access points for river access. br9. No cleaning fish/game on the property. $500 added charged for cleaning if you do.br10. Must remove all trash upon departure/check out. If you don't, extra cleaning charge of $200. You can legally drop your trash off at the dumpsters at the Valero in town as you leave. br11. If you move the furniture in the house or on the porch, put it back as you found it. br12. If you cook outside on the porch and make a mess, clean it up. Do not dump your grease on the porch. Yes, seriously, someone did that! br13. We provided internet, and the service is fairly reliable for the mountains, however occasionally it may not work. Consider coming prepared with a backup plan, such as using your cellphone hotspot or else. br14. The High Speed WiFi makes this a great choice for those who work remotely! Upon entering the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an adorable coffee bar. The kitchen has a bar that seats 4 guests along with a large dining table that seats 9 in the adjacent dining room; perfect property for a family gathering. The living room is open to the dining area and both have access to the large deck. The living room has an L shaped couch, satellite TV and a wood burning fireplace. Also located on the main floor you will find 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The full bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower. Included in this home is a full size washer and dryer, which is a must for those mountain adventures. brbrMake your way upstairs to the second floor to find the third and fourth bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The third bedroom has 2 sets of full/twin bunk beds. The master bedroom is the 4th bedroom in the house. Presenting a king size bed and it’s own master bathroom that has an enchanting skylight; this master suite has a balcony with beautiful views of Wheeler Peak. Mountain Beauty does have satellite and smart Tv's in two rooms; the living room and the bunk room. Take advantage of the views with the front deck that also has a gas grill and firepit for all your outdoor needs. This property will accept two dogs under 100 lbs., with a $125 nonrefundable pet fee, due at check in. Upon entry into this lovely mountain home you will walk into the open concept cozy and vibrant living room complete with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen smart TV, an area where you can place your shoes and coats making you feel quite at home; you’ll also find the spacious kitchen finished out with lots of cupboards and counterspace, dishwasher, scenic placed windows, and the traditional dining area with a wooden table and enough bar stools seating the entire entourage and glass doors that looks out over the large sun deck where you can walk out and breathe in all the crisp mountain air and listen to nature sing it's beautiful songs from the surrounding Carson National Forest including coyote howls, elk bugles during the Autumn rut, Red River babbling below where the family can cast a line or two for our local rainbow and brown trout and aspen/evergreen trees quaking in the wind! Down the hallway apart from the kitchen/dining/living area you’ll find the Master Bedroom suite on the left-hand side complete with a king sized bed, smart flat screen TV, private 3/4 bathroom with a shower and a private balcony. Across the hall is the guest bedroom with a Queen bed and Smart flat screen TV, and private balcony. At the head of the hallway is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. Up the stairs you will find the open loft area housing two full-sized beds and a twin bed, finished off with a smart flat screen TV and private balcony. Now if you go downstairs below the main level (kitchen/living room) you will come to the den/fourth bedroom area, complete with a wood stove, sleeper sofa, Smart 70 Flat Screen TV, king bed, and full bathroom with shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. You may access the garage from this level and laundry area... Outside you have a large fenced yard for your little ones to run off that energy or for your furry friends you decided to bring! There is a firepit (coming soon) with plenty of seating where family and friends can sit around and tell stories, roast marshmallows and reminisce about the good ‘ol days and lots of river frontage access and benches along the river to enjoy the greatness of the Red River! There is a large parking area at our mountain home, so plenty of space for the whole gang and some toys! You can just jump on your razor and head for the trails straight from the driveway! Upon entering the home from the spacious front porch there is a nice area for you to take your shoes off or your winter gear so you can get comfortable immediately. If you had a little too much fun on your latest Red River AtV adventure there is a laundry room upon the entrance with a washer and dryer. brbrbrbrThe home has a full-size kitchen with an open concept. The living room is centrally located in the house and has plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably as you talk about your Red River adventures of the day as well as a queen sleeper sofa. The home also has a large dining table that sits eight (with the extra leaf) and the kitchen island can be used as a bar for additional eating area. brbrbrbrBy nature most think of a cottage as being small, however this cottage has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! The master bedroom is located off the living room on its own side of the house with a master bath ensuite that has a garden tub and walk-in shower. On the other side of the living room is a bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle! The kids would love that! brbrbrbrAs you go down the hallway, you will find an additional three bedrooms that have queen size beds and a full-size bathroom on each side of the hallway. This is a great convenience for large groups. brbrbrbrThere is a large porch both in the front and the back of the house.
