If you are looking to visit Cloudcroft, Fairway Chalet is the place to stay! It's one of the few cabins with beautiful views, privacy, close to main village AND overlooks one of the highest elevation golf courses in the world. It's small but comfortable and very relaxing outside. It's great for one or two couples. The top loft room is good for two younger ones. It's 50 years old so it's not perfect ( a little rustic ) but we try to keep it updated and as clean as possible. There are stairs inside and outside. If your are familiar with CC you will love this cabin. You have the whole place to yourself and we are always available by text or call. Neighbors in the area are helpful too. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!br

Our beautiful, 2-bedroom cabin is spacious and well appointed. Includes: pool table (bring your own pool sticks), a Foosball table, 4 electric recliners, 2 leather recliners, a large screen TV with surround sound and high speed WIFI. Enjoy the oak dining table for 6 guests, plus, additional tables for 6. There is a new stainless-steel kitchen Hi- Tech style. It is considered a compact kitchen with a deep single sink, refrigerator, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and so much more. Please note: The kitchen is for 1 or 2 chefs at a time. It is considered compact. All dishes will be washed by hand, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no washer/dryer is available. Host suggests that you bring paper goods, such as plates, cups, so that you will have an easier clean-up. Otherwise, there are plenty of dishes. For your outdoor experience we just built a large deck for picnicking and propane barbecue. Free off-street parking at the lower entrance for 3 vehicles . Host can make additional parking available for ATV's and trailers. Please message the host if you need this additional parking.brThis cabin backs up to the Lincoln National Forest. Simply walk around to the side of the house, and step into the cool pines. We have wildlife right up to the back yard. Likely, you will see elk, deer, wild horses, small critters and bats. Please keep the doors and windows closed . IMPORTANT: You are renting the lower floor of a 2-story home. The upper floor of the home is not included when renting the High End Luxury Cabin. You may rent the entire home under the name of the Woodlands Chalet, for up to 17 guests. For your privacy and security, the staircase is locked from the upper floor. We do have exterior cameras, motion activated. The entire home upper and lower levels have exterior cameras for the safety of our clients. (motion, video, recording) We do not rent the upper floor when we have guests in the lower cabin. Please remember, there are NO PETS allowed on the property or in the cabin or kept in your vehicle. No smoking or drugs in the cabin. Smoking cigars or cigarettes on the front lower deck is acceptable. Please use the small hanging sand bucket for disposal of your butts. The large deck will be a retreat to sit and visit about the days adventures! It's newly renovated and has many Google smart home features. Enjoy a king size bed for a great nights sleep and a fully functional kitchen for breakfast. There is also a queen, sofa bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. Walk, bike or drive to all Cloudcroft has to offer.brbrThere is a level 2 EV charger on the property. Approximately 20 paces from the deck of this cabin. Please let us know if you would like to use the EV charger so that we can turn it on. We charge .25 cents a kWh. This is a ChargePoint Level 2 charger and will tell us the exact amount used during your stay. brbrDuring fire restrictions the grill and fire pit will be out of service. Smoking is never allowed in the cabin and is only allowed in your enclosed vehicle. brbrThis is the mountains, weather is unpredictable, come prepared. We do not offer refunds for mountain weather. While we try our best to keep the driveway clear after a snow storm, four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed.

Just 15 minutes from the Village of Cloudcroft and nestled amongst the pines, Fawn Passage is the perfect little getaway for one or two. This cabin is not appropriate for small children and you must have pre-approval before bringing a child. For our protection and yours, we have a camera on the front exterior of the cabin, aimed at the driveway.brbrFawn Passage welcomes you home to peaceful beauty. Just bring your clothes, we'll provide the rest. You can't help but leave here feeling rested and de-stressed! While we depend on God to provide the wildlife and beautiful weather, we provide relaxation, comfortable furnishings TV with DVD player, lots of books, and WiFi. We do not provide cable or streaming service, and there is no television reception. We do, however, provide over 70 movies for your enjoyment. Feel free to bring a Roku or Firestick to stream movies, if you wish. The stereo is bluetooth enabled so you can connect from your phone and listen to Pandora, Spotify, etc. through the speakers.brbrWe do not allow smoking anywhere on the property - inside or out, and we do not allow pets. Fire restrictions are usually high, but you may use the propane grill on the deck.brbrIf you're ready to feel pampered, come upstairs where we have a queen size bed with an excellent mattress, 2 memory foam mattress topper, 400-500 thread count 100% cotton sheets, a down comforter and fluffy pillows. One short nap on this bed will make you want to go to bed early and sleep in late. All bed linens are provided and all are line-dried in fresh air and sunshine, and then pressed. brbrFawn Passage features a well-stocked kitchen, that's ready to cook in or just to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. It includes a full size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and coffee pot, and is fully stocked with new dishes, cookware and crock pots, as well as a gas grill on the deck. We provide you with filtered water, fresh ground Organic Ruta Maya coffee, fresh ground decaf, hot cocoa, hot apple cider, specialty teas, Krusteaz pancake mix, Log Cabin syrup, and a variety of instant oatmeal. We make it easy for you to prepare delicious meals with a well stocked spice cabinet. The kitchen is surrounded by windows, so it's light and airy and offers an excellent view of the wildlife. We provide so many extras at no extra charge, that it's like coming to your own home away from home. If you need it, we probably provide it. brbrIn the bathroom (downstairs), we pamper you with with quality handmade soap and lotion from Thymeless Bath, as well as shampoo, conditioner, a blow dryer and flat iron.brbrYou can relax and unwind inside or out. Our living area includes large comfortable furniture to curl up in and watch a movie, read, snuggle or just take a nap. The woodburner is ready to use, with all the wood provided for you at no extra charge. When it's cold outside, there's nothing more relaxing than curling up on the couch and watching the flames flicker. In the cold months, there are two heaters in the living room, in case you don't want to make a fire.brbrThe covered deck provides the perfect spot to cook steaks on the grill or just sit and watch the hummingbirds. If you pay attention, you might see deer, turkey, rabbits, blue jays, porcupines, elk or a bear. brbrAt Fawn Passage, the summer daytime highs can be anywhere from 50 to 80 degrees with the overnight lows around 45 to 60, so bring a sweater or light jacket. Winter daytime highs can range from 20 to 50, with overnight lows very cold, so you'll definitely need a warm jacket! In winter months (Dec-Jan), we recommend 4WD or chains. You can usually get up our driveway without them, but 4WD makes it much easier, if there is snow. I always have people ask if they need 4WD or can they get here without it. 90% of the time you can, but there's always that 10% chance. You'll have to decide if it's necessary. brbrFawn Passage is not a hunter's lodge and while we do host the occasional hunter, you will be required to take extra care that most hunters are not willing to do. We have white towels and bedding, as well as light colored carpeting. No field dressing deer or elk allowed on the property.

Whether you fancy a short drive to picturesque White Sands, NP , a chill day at Bluff Springs waterfall and trails, or if you simply prefer to let the good times roll (with Cloudcroft Brewery a 5 minute walk away) we'd love to have you and your loved ones stay in our cozy, clean and memorable place.brbrWe do not accept third party reservations. The person making the reservation must be the primary occupant. You cannot assign or gift the reservation.brbrbrThere is a $25.00 per dog/per stay fee, We do this to make sure our cleaning crew takes the extra time to make sure your dog has a safe clean and hygienic place to sniff, lick, lay , sit and stay! brAnd so future dogs have the same opportunity brbrPlease agree to the guidelines for bringing a dog.brbrThe dog must be 1 year old or older and house trained.brbr1.
