Charming& Cozy Cabin walking distance to downtown and trails

Our stay was so peaceful , sweet Sarah was perfect for our family. Our furbabies loved it and they were so peaceful. It was like being at home.

Nice cabin

This was exactly what we needed for our anniversary. The cabin was clean and cozy and exactly as described. Jen was thorough with all the check in and out procedures we plan on staying again.

If you are like myself, looking for a comfy, quiet, clean, safe place to sleep, this is for you. The host is so cheerful and polite. If you like quiet, this is super quiet. I love it here and plan to return often. It is walking distance to the shops and try the epic food trucks. The charming Pink Door home is super white glove clean. Very kid friendly. The art on one of the walls by a local artist is BEAUTIFUL. Bed was like sleeping on a marshmellow. Way better than a noisy hotel w/ guests loudly talking as they walk by. If ypu need peace, stay here. *The thumps at night are pinecones falling off the trees hitting the roof lol. We even saw a buck casually strolling by in the morning hours. It feels like you are staying at a friend's place. This is so charming. I do not day this lightly, it is one of the top 3 nicest places I have ever stayed. (*I travel everywhere and the comfort exceeded expectations.) Try Dave's Cafe, best patty melts. The bakery sells out fast, get your danishes early. Worth it, i promise. Cheers!

We were there for a week and enjoyed our stay.

The cabin is a home away from home. So comfy and cozy with all the amenities you need. Perfect escape from the hot Texas weather. Stayed in May and never got above 72 in the cabin. Love the location. Walking distance to shop, eat and hike the many trails. Traveled to several destinations during the day hiking in the sun and it felt so good to come back to the cool mountain air and coziness of this cabin. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a nice retreat away from home

It was our first time visiting Cloudcroft and we absolutely loved this cabin, “Sweet Sarah” . Perfect location, with quick walk to town where even the kids didn’t complain about walking. Home was fully stocked with everything you could need and then some. Bonus, the beds and pillows were super comfy! Can’t wait to stay again in a few months!

Our stay was very accommodating and comfortable. The cabin provided everything we need and more. Host/owner does an amazing job with the feel of being at home. Excellent place to stay. We will definitely rebook!!

So we were snowed in for a day with the main road in even closed for a spell. I can confirm that the cabin fever was not a problem. It was quaint, cozy with books, games and guest Roku to give us plenty of options to log in and watch movies. It was a great stay here!

So clean, so thoughtful, so tasteful. not a single corner of this place is sticky, grubby, or overlooked. Comfortable and easy easy to put your feet up and breath the cool air.
