Downstairs guest #3 (ski room) has a queen bed - this room has a closet and access to bath room but no window and the other guest #2 (bear room) has a new King bed but also no window. these rooms stay very warm. In addition there is another 'bunk' room designed for kids - it has 4 twins. The room does have access to central heat but with the window and thin insulation that room it can be chilly.
