Guests particularly enjoy the porch and will find three and a half bathrooms equipped with both showers and bathtubs, making mornings and evenings easy and comfortable. A pleasant garden-level area with two futon beds offers quiet, additional sleeping arrangements and space, perfect for nannies, relaxing, or catching up on work. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and central air conditioning.
