The back of the house is effectively the frontside of your vacation. Enjoy a nice peak of the ocean over a large, fenced grass backyard past only 1 house that separates you from the beach. That's right, this property is 2nd off the beach and the gate of that yard opens so that you can walk to the beach or to The Promenade without crossing a street. The nearest public bar It's certainly walkable along that easily accessible promenade but it's also 9 full blocks away. The 30s get a bad rep on this issue unfairly. That's further from a bar than 51st St. is. (And that bar is a pretty loud outdoor one, The Point on 43rd and the Beach.) This house is at an incredible location for your vacation.
