Our family loves spending time here because we are a block away from the beach, about a 5 minute drive to the local ACME super market and about a 10 minute car ride to the beaches of Cape May and Wildwoods. We have great neighbors and are located in a safe neighborhood. brbrOur beach home features hardwood floors throughout, carpet in the two smaller bedrooms and hardwood in our master bedroom. We have 1 king size and 2 queen sized beds. There are two bathrooms, one with tub and shower combination. Master bedroom offers standing shower and outdoor shower too. Our kitchen is fully loaded with cooking and dining instruments including pots, pans, and cutlery. We have a dining room table in the kitchen, there is also bistro style seating at the counter. We have a mudroom with washer and dryer for tenants to use. The porch is perfect for hanging out with your family, grilling and relaxing after a long bay day or beach day. An enclosed outside shower makes cleaning off sand a breeze. There is off street parking. No meters are in the streets and parking permits are not required. brbrWe Do Not provide sheets, towels, pillows, or beach towels. Please bring your own or rent them from local vendors. We can provide you with contacts for rental agencies and also bed sizes. brbr****NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.****brbrCleaning fee is $150.00 expense paid by the tenants. We lovingly call this our “Zen Place.” Whether your commute brings you in from Bayshore Road or a short jaunt from the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, you`ll be overcome with a sense of calm and relaxation as you pull into the driveway of this cozy and welcoming home. This formerly private home has undergone extensive interior renovations over the winter, and now awaits vacation stays of up to six people, as well as one of your most faithful canine companions. Waking to a gorgeous sunrise in either bedroom is the norm here, as well as in the Queen sofa bed in living room. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner in our gorgeous and inviting sunroom, then a relaxing cocktail, or two, in the evening hours. Enjoy a 5 minute bike ride to the beaches at Delaware Bay, the Ferry and its restaurants and nightlife, or to our favorite spot in the neighborhood, Harpoon Henry`s (also pet-friendly in designated areas) at Beach Drive & Browning Ave. There are 4 new 26” cruiser bikes yours to use in the garage, as well as a “little red wagon” loaded with kids’ beach toys. Downtown Cape May, wineries, breweries, bike trails, and birdwatching stations are only 5-15 minutes away by car. Just minutes from Exit 0 of the Garden State Parkway, the Wildwoods/Amusement Park/Boardwalk/Beaches and all the fun they offer can be reached in 15 roughly minutes. This lovely Bayside retreat is also available throughout the year offering 2-3 night stays from September - May.
