On the other side of the kitchen is a laundry area with high efficiency washer and dryer and another full size bathroom and the 2nd den. On the third floor is the master bedroom which is open and overlooks the great room below. It has a queen size bed, desk and there is a cozy sitting area, great for curling up with a book, a full size bathroom with a large soaking tub. The third outdoor area is a porch off the master bedroom. This is an amazing opportunity to rent in a very desirable neighborhood that is very close to the beach. Replace barrels beside porch after pick-up, NO LATER than 7:00 PM Monday. The borough actually issues tickets if trash containers are put out too early or removed from curb too late. All paper, cardboard, cans, bottles, and plastics 1-7 must be recycled in the large RED barrel or red tub (single-stream mixed recycling). You may be taking out previous tenant’s trash, but someone will be doing this for you. Thank you!br• Cape May Point also has a trash and recycling drop off center, if you have more trash than the containers can accommodate.
