The first floor contains: (3 bedrooms) an en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed, two more bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and one with a queen bed and single bed, a hallway full bathroom, utility room/laundry room, and family room at the back of the home with easy access to the pool area. The first floor family room will have a wet bar and small under counter refrigerator. The second floor contains: a very spacious living and dining area with direct access to a deck that spans the entire front of the home.
