Full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi, and 2 smart TV's. brbrThe location is great in the winter because we are 5 minutes from the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly and a shuttle picks up from our parking lot entrance! . In the summer you can take in the scenic views from the front deck and make the 10-15 minute drive to all the action at the downtown casinos, restaurants, and beaches. Or you if hiking is your thing, a 10 minute walk will take you to the trailhead for the Tahoe Rim Trail, and several others!brbrWe want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay but please be aware that this is a family friendly building, so if you are looking for a place to party then maybe this isn't the one for you. Our building is a mix of short term rentals, second homes and year round residents. Be advised that there are three flights of stairs to get to the front door. Tahoe Cozy Cabin is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a 6 person hot tub on the back deck and an additional downstairs living room with a pool table. The main floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom upstairs has 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4 people. Down the spiral staircase there is another bedroom with a TV in the closet, another living room, pool table with wet bar, and another full bathroom. The main living room and downstairs living room both have 70 smart TVs. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen range has 6 gas grills and a convection oven for those that love to cook. The house is just over 1 mile to the casinos and Heavenly village. Two blocks down the street is Clydes Coffee Roasting Company, a great local coffee shop with fresh baked goods. The Gondola in Heavenly Village, Stagecoach chairlift , many restaurants and nightlife are within 2 miles of the house. Tahoe lake and Nevada Beach are just down the street. There are great mountain biking trails that are an easy ride from the house. The house sits on just under an acre of land, so plenty of room to enjoy. The home was recently remodeled with a new kitchen and new tiled bathrooms with heated floors in each bathroom. The driveway into the property is long with a slight slope and 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains are highly recommended during the winter snow months. The property does have a snow removal service for the driveway, but continued snow fall and ice patches could still cause difficulties getting in and out without chains or a 4 wheel drive vehicle.brbrOne pet is permitted under 50lbs and potty trained. There is a $350 pet fee that must be paid. There are cameras at the house so please disclose if you are bringing a pet. If a pet is brought without disclosure, assuming the pet meets the restrictions, the fee will be charged to your security deposit or required to be paid immediately to continue access to the house. If pets are brought that do not comply with the rules, your party will be denied access unless the pets are boarded elsewhere.
