This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior
are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must
display onthe driver's side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated
parking spaces and/ordisplay the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500
to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are
required toaccess this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.
Only 2 cars allowed at all times.

Beautiful house with a stunning view. Julio was very helpful and responsive when the cable on the TV didn't work, came right over to check on it and got the cable company to come out within 2 hours to fix.
Hello, We stayed at 755 Bigler Court B, from June 4th through June 7th. We got there around 10 pm Sunday night. As we were moving our stuff into the house we noticed how rickety the stairs to the main entrance are, my elderly parents had a hard time navigating them and they are in good shape for their age. We moved all of our stuff in and went to the master bedroom where there was a moth infestation, we tried to get as many as we could out but more of them they multiplied over night. The kitchen was poorly stocked, no wine glasses, wine opener or can opener. The smaller sofa in the living area was also infested with ants. We really enjoyed the view but there were no deck chairs to sit out and enjoy it. Our overall experience left a lot to be desired. The photos online were very deceiving and the property did not live up to the expectations we had.
The views in heaven will have a hard time beating the views from this unit. It sits directly atop the mountain ridge between the lake and the Carson Valley, and the master bedroom and living room look out over the whole lake. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished. But let's be frank - it comes at a premium price, at which you expect certain standards. And sadly, this unit has been neglected. The unit is pitched for up to 10, but came with only 5 dilapidated dining chairs whose legs buckled under the weight of an adult. When we complained, they promptly replaced them, which saved 1 star. The unit has a hot tub, but the water is very murky - obviously not maintained. The sliding doors and screens are original, and in dire need of an upgrade. The kitchen is poorly equipped, although we bought a few items to leave behind for others. The living room layout is designed for show, not actual usage, as the large TV is mounted above the main sofa, so you can't watch it. This property has tremendous potential because of its location, but without a serious effort to maintain it, it's not worth the premium price.
I stayed at Property No. 755B on 08/09-08/10.I want to complaint 1.There are a lots of dust on the floor,Very dirty 2. No tissue paper. 3. No wine opener 4. No coffe or tea 5. No air dryer 6. No Shampoo No Bart shower 7.I got comfirm Email that allow me to check out at 11:00am . But this morning I got an Email and text telling me to leave the property at 10:00 AM. I want to know why I need to rush like that? This is a VERY BAD SERVICE that I never got before . Before coming here, I received many emails. Tell me to pay the deposit 2500$ shocked me so much. I texted and asked no one answered. I paid very high rent but did not get good service and not comfortable .

The view was really the only thing positive about the house. The hot tub was broken and unusable. Many windows didn't have coverings making sleeping tough in addition to uncomfortable bedding and linens. The windows and doors didn't lock which was unsettling. Many basic amenities such as hand soap were not provided. In general the home felt run down and under equipped. It needs some serious updates before it would feel safe and worth the price of rental for people to stay in.
Very nice house, it really makes you feel like you are out in the woods. Sean was very helpful throughout the whole way it took some time when reserving for over a month. Thank you so much! The view from the balcony is beautiful. Started snowing when we left and it was a great experience, my kids loved it we are all reserved for next skiing season!
