The condo is situated on the fourth floor of Building 2 (unit PH 2-2) with spectacular 180 degree unobstructed views of the Bay of Banderas coastline, the Las Marieta Islands and the Sierra Madre mountains across the bay. In addition, the condo is only a few steps away from the HdM beach club and a private secured gate with direct access into the charming and very safe village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. The 5 star St. Regis and Four Seasons hotels and 6 beach clubs in the resort are located just a few minutes away using the condo's golf cart or the resort's free shuttle service.brbrThe condo received an extensive top-to-bottom remodel a few years ago, and just recently, all of the bathrooms were remodeled again with new toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, granite counter tops and ceramic tiles.
