This location is a 10 minute walk to the town square and beach - out of the noise and congestion of staying in town or on the beach. Our home has a panoramic view of the ocean from where the upper sundeck. It has a pool and large veranda for relaxing and enjoying the cool breezes that Gringo Hill provides. Our home has a large master bedroom with a king sized bed. The master bath has a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a set of bunk beds. This includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower. brThere is a guest bathroom off the living room for convenience.brOur home has a completely furnished kitchen with very nice appliances. All dishware, cooking utensils, and accessories are of good quality. In the kitchen, you will find most items you need to cook as big or small as you like. Adjoining the kitchen and living area, there is a breakfast bar for informal meals or just to talk and visit while the cook is in the kitchen. Behind the kitchen, we have a laundry room with both washer and dryer. brbrMost of our guests, take their meals on the veranda where we have a nice all weather dining table and chairs.
