Great location, each bedroom was very private, loved driving and biking between different beach clubs!

I thought was a great for a family of four (or five), everyone had their own space. The large outdoor living area was a great place to eat with plenty of shade. We would stay here again.

A few of us had done Punta Mita via villa rentals before, and others the hotel experience. We definitely have some villa converts! The Las Palmas 24 itself is just beautiful, perfectly appointed with an excellent layout. The bedrooms and bathrooms (indoor/outdoor shower was lovely), kitchen, living room spaces are a patio were all top notch. When not sleeping we mainly hung out on the patio, and were fortunate enough to see whales breaching while lounging over breakfast. The pool was perfect for a cool-down during the day and wind-down after dinner. Insofar as the service is concerned, Eli, the concierge was very helpful with our transport, grocery, and logistics requests. There was more cleaning service than we had expected (no complaints from us). The golf cart was just the level of flexibility we needed o get around the property and inner portions of PdM. Needless to say, we will be back and highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Las Palmas! From booking to departure, the concierge team was so helpful in arranging transportation, chefs, and reservations. Housekeeping every day is the loveliest touch. This is my second time in Punta Mita and I'm so impressed with the service and attention to detail the entire community has. I was a little worried the house would feel small for 8 adults, but it felt so much larger than photographed. We loved spending time at the beach clubs during the day & going for an evening swim in the pool when we got back. Everyone who joined this trip is already looking forward to doing it again soon!

We loved our stay in Punta Mita. The rental was outstanding...everything that we were hoping for. We loved all the people who helped us as well. It was a lovely vacation and can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay with our family at this beautiful property. The location, rooms and staff were fantastic. We also enjoyed the outside and pool, as well as all of the beach clubs the property allows access. The one downside was the entirety of our stay there was construction with a pipe immediately outside of the property, including loud machinery. It lasted from 8-6 daily with the workers passing by within feet of the pool and porch area the entire day. It also interfered with our views. I understand this was just unfortunate timing for us.

Everything was great! Love the location and access to all the beach clubs. Perfect for a family with teens.
