Stayed Dec 27, 2023We had a truly excellent stay! The house is beautiful, practically brand new, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and with an outstanding view of the ocean! The house is equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. And the staff were superb as well! It comes with a chef, who cooks you breakfast and lunch every day and keeps the house tidy, and the concierge service was great in arranging everything we wanted, all kinds of activities and restaurants. You would be very hard-pressed to find a nicer property to rent in Punta Mita!

Stayed Aug 25, 2023Iyari 8 was the perfect spot for our family of four! Ignacia the housekeeper/cook was incredible. In house massages and daily laundry service allowed me to fully relax and fully enjoy the trip. My boys loved the ping pong table, and our private pool. The only downside is that there is no king bed for couples. Staff said they could put the beds together but when we arrived the beds were separate...we were fine with it, but it would be nice for a king in one of the bedrooms. Everything else was perfection!
