There is a covered patio and deck, as well as a patio on the side of the home for a firepit and charcoal grill. A boat slip comes with the house rental as well. There is a spiral staircase connecting the main and lower floors. 3 bedrooms upstairs w/2 bathrooms and a laundry room in primary closet for use, 2 bedrooms downstairs w/1 bathroom. There is a sitting area in the basement with a couch and chair, 55 smart TV, and electric fireplace. Upstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 6, a small sitting area, 55 smart TV and an electric fireplace.
