Comfortable furniture, beds, memory foam mattresses, kitchen appliances (stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and beverage mini-fridge located in basement) dishes, towels, bed linens are all high quality and new. 3 flat screens with YouTube TV plus air hockey table! Our dining area seats 8 plus there are 3 bar stools. Also included is a 26 ft covered boat slip. Not only are the views incredible, but the swimming and dock side lounging is great as well. We provide a lily pad, paddle boat and paddle board for you to enjoy. Huge new deck is perfect for a gathering, dining and a great place for your morning cup of coffee. Also available is a Flat Iron Premier Gas Griddle for your outdoor cooking needs.brbrBoat and Jet Ski Rentals nearby. A public access boat ramp is located within 6 miles.brbrOur home features central air conditioning & heating, on-site washer and dryer with detergent provided plus free-WiFi. For liability and safety purposes we do have a security system with smoke and carbon monoxide being monitored as well as 3 exterior cameras. brbrBedding: Our home has one (1) king bed, three (3) queen beds, two (2) twin beds (on a bunk bed system) and two (2) single beds plus a pull-out futon in the loft area. A pack 'n play is also available. brbrHouse Rules:brbrThe amount of people that are booked for the reservation is the amount that can stay. If this rule is broken, you will be charged an additional $10/person per night and/or asked to leave. The booking guest must be present and cannot book for someone else.brLilypad must stay at the dock and cannot be taken out for boating.brNo jumping off dock into boat slip as there is a boat lift submerged.brPlease do not take the white bathroom towels outside. There are pool towels in the basement for your use.brNo glass on dock. brAnyone under the age of 12 must wear life jackets at the dock.brIf you are bringing your own boat, please remember our cove is a no wake zone. It has an amazing view of the channel and you’ll probably see bald eagles & blue herons up close while you’re there (2 eagles nests are in the cove) while relaxing on the new sectional outdoor sofas and Adirondack chairs. There is also an oscillating fan and a propane fire table on the dock - with built-in speakers and amplifier so you can stream your music from your phone. It’s a great spot to fish and watch boats of all kinds go by! Check out our reviews! This beautiful home was completely rehabbed with a - completely new kitchen, all furniture, mattresses, sheets, & pillows are recent - the place is very CLEAN!l. There are 2 large decks with a big beautiful view of the main channel -with a Traeger smoker, new propane, grill, chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and even a hammock! brbrThis is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home that very comfortably sleeps 10 (if you have more in your group, let's discuss - we want to be sure you will be comfortable). There are new smart TVs throughout the house but you'll probably spend a lot of time outside on the decks overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks or relaxing and fishing on a the private floating dock. The dock surface is concrete - so no splinters!
