The Cottage is very cozy and spacious with 690 sq feet to spread out in; it is decorated with a mixture of vintage and industrial decor. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything!brbrWe are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments. We are approximately 10 miles from Jackson, so staying here is very convenient as well as very safe. brbrThe house has been completely updated to include a bathroom (which also has one step up) with double vanities, a walk-in shower that includes a shaving ledge, and a washer/ dryer unit. There is a full kitchen that is well supplied for those that want to prepare meals and a bar top that accommodates 4 people. The bedroom is it's own room with closing doors for privacy; there are 2 steps going down into the bedroom. In the living room, we have a sleeper sofa along with a large 50 TV with an Amazon Fire Stick, use of our YouTube TV account (in lieu of cable), and even many DVDs to choose from if you want to go Old School! We provide all paper products, shower products and all linens. We even provide niceties such as some bottled water, coffee for the Keurig, snacks, and other small things to make it feel welcoming. We also have a small patio table outside with a wood burning fire pit for your use when the time comes.
