This stay was a solid 10/10 experience. The property was extremely clean—everything from the bedroom to the bathroom and living areas was spotless. Fresh linens, clean towels, and all essentials were provided, making it easy to settle in comfortably.The home itself was absolutely breathtaking, both inside and out. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, beautifully designed space that feels inviting and peaceful. The interior has a cozy yet elegant feel, while the outdoor areas—especially the deck/patio—offer the perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the surroundings. Every detail seemed thoughtfully put together to create a memorable experience.The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and attentive without being intrusive. Communication was smooth, and they made sure we had everything we needed.The amenities were excellent. Having a washer and dryer, reliable WiFi, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator made it feel like home. Extras like toiletries, iron, and hair dryer were thoughtful touches. The fireplace added an extra level of comfort.The location was convenient, with shops nearby while still feeling peaceful and quiet.Overall, this property offers comfort, beauty, and top-tier hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and truly stunning place to stay.

We used this home for our son's groomsmen. It was perfect!

Perfect location to downtown hub of restaurants and shops. House is beautifully decorated and clean! Beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are perfect for ladies, plenty of counter space and great lighting.

Groom’s parents stayed at this property for our daughter’s wedding, and the groomsmen used the house to get dressed for the wedding. Perfect location, and the house was so nice! Attention to detail in every room, and the outdoor area was amazing. 10/10 recommend if you need a place to stay in Brandon!

Every aspect of this home is just top notch. We enjoyed some great Mississippi weather in what has to be one of the best backyards in the South. A beautiful home with all the comforts and extras. We will be back for sure!

Oh my goodness! This home is so gorgeous and our host was wonderful!!! We felt so at ease and we all slept like babies in the most comfortable beds ever!!! This house has everything you need and more! The gourmet kitchen, the luxurious bathrooms with fluffy towels, the patio with two fire pits and seating areas! Oh, and everything was so clean and fresh! Quiet Neighborhood! Close to great restaurants! I could go on and on. But what I want to say is thank you, thank you, thank you!! We will never forget this beautiful weekend!!!!

This property was exceptional especially for my birthday gathering. It was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, classy, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

It is rare to say this, but the pictures don’t do this place justice. It is the definition of beautifully curated, inside and out!We are a group of female coworkers and stayed at The Pearl while attending a continuing education conference at a local hotel. This home fit our needs perfectly. We had our own private spaces for sleeping and dressing, but also had ample room to visit and relax as a group. This property was immaculately clean and comfortable. The hosts thought of every detail to make our stay memorable. They were super responsive to any questions. This is the first time I’ve ever left a property thinking of reasons to return ASAP!

This property is beautiful and the cleanest I’ve ever stayed. Everything you could need is stocked. The layout of the house is perfect. All bedrooms have plenty of privacy.
