There is ample space for parking, a grill for barbecuing, and also a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and star gazing on chilly evenings. brAlthough the main house is located on the property as well, guests may come and go at ease. (The property’s are separate structures and not connected so you will have ample privacy).brbrWe live on this little 4 acre piece of heaven & enjoy sharing our little dot on the map and getting to know our guests. We love our privacy so we want our guests enjoy their privacy as well but we are only a hop, skip, & jump away so we are happy to help or assist guests anytime! Most importantly, please make yourself at home here at the farm ❤️brbrHere are several bits of info that may come in handy during your stay. As y’all can see from the pictures, we live on somewhat of a small farm so there is never a dull moment when it comes to the farm animals. Our overly friendly cats (Ricky Bobby, Stewart Scott, Moe, & Stripey), will try relentlessly to come inside but just shoo them away. There are always fresh eggs in the fridge or coop for our guests to use. We love for our visitors to make themselves at home so if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable please do not hesitate to contact us. Tenant agrees to be responsible for ensuring that this maximum permitted occupancy of the Premises is not exceeded during the term of this Agreement and should contact Manager with any questions regarding permitted occupancy of the Premises. A fee of $25 per person per night will apply for any unregistered guests.brbrCancellationbrIn the event that the tenant decides to cancel the reservation, the tenant shall receive a refund according to the cancellation policy of the reservation as specified by the online booking platform.brFor Direct booking, the cancelation policy is STRICT which means the tenant will only receive a PARTIAL refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
