The Cottage on College - Pets & Parking

We love staying here when we visit family and that we don’t have to find boarding for our dog. The owner is always fast to communicate and friendly. We will always stay here when we come to Brandon.

We've stayed at The Cottage twice now and have had a wonderful experience both times. A great space for our family of three, plus two pups.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this was the perfect little place to stay. We will be returning any time we are in the area. Great stay!

We come to Brandon a couple times a year to visit family. This stay has ruined hotels for us. We will never stay anywhere else than here when we come to visit! The place was very clean, and so roomy. The owners had great communication as well, which helped a lot. I highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is easy to find. There's parking right at the door. Plenty of yard room for our dogs to run and play. The owners have focused on so many details to make your stay comfortable: comfy furniture and bed, eco-friendly amenities, cleanliness, snacks, etc... Also, we are traveling for the holidays (with our young child) and walking in to see a fully lit Christmas tree really made our day after a so many hours in the car. Thanks to Monica and Steven for a magical stay.

This adorable cottage was so clean and cozy. The owners have it decorated so cute. I was just there (December) and they had a cute Christmas tree along with other decorations making it feel like you were home. They were pet friendly so I was able to take my dog and they have a large yard to walk them in. It has a full kitchen you can cook in and it’s always equipped with coffee and snacks if you would like.

It was clean and comfortable for our short stay. Location was very good. We hope to visit again soon. Perfect host.

Great convenient little property. We used it as a quick overnight for a trip from Texas to North Carolina. Was great because we had two small pups we were traveling with and it was great to accommodate them. As per their listing, they do have big dogs but they are kept in a side yard. The owner gives good instructions on where to potty visiting dogs. We did use the hide-a-bed. What do you say about sofa beds? They are never made for great comfort but we just appreciated the extra sleeping space.

This was our third stay with Monica. It is the perfect overnight stop for us between Atlanta and Dallas. Everything about this cottage is perfect, and we will 100% stay again!

We stayed overnight on a cross-country drive. It was the perfect place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, affordable. What more can you ask for :). Don’t hesitate… book the cottage!!

Came into town for our grandson’s first birthday party. We rented this sweet cottage. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed, lovely decor, and easy check-in. We will definitely be back on our next visit. Thank you so much for making our first visit to Brandon, Mississippi so lovely

This was one of the best places I've ever vacationed at: the location was convenient, the hosts were so incredibly thoughtful and kind, and the place itself makes me feel so at ease and at home. The hosts are the absolute pinnacle of hospitality and made me feel so welcomed. Even the smallest details were thought of (like mints on the bed and a bottle of wine in the fridge for guests!)If you want to experience a truly welcoming, relaxing, and peaceful stay, you have to visit!!!

I absolutely loved this adorable one bed one bath cottage. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, easy to get to and quiet. I would highly recommend The Cottage on College Street. Who knows I may stay there again!?!

The cottage was absolutely perfect for us to stop on our way to our daughter’s house in Louisiana. Everything was clean and the owners go WAY above your average VRBO stay. We will definitely be back. The town is great and has lots of places to eat and be entertained. Highly recommended.

I make regular business trips to Brandon and always stay at The Cottage. Great bed and luxurious bedding. Convenient location. Exceptional host.

We just had a quick stay while we were passing through for the Jackson Rodeo so we were only there long enough to sleep but we had no issues while we were there. Location was perfect and seemed to be in a safe part of town. We went to the local pizza joint for dinner in downtown Brandon and we really enjoyed it.

So much drama and to much aggravation no privacy at all she was on her porch all night that looked into the cottage

The cute, very private cottage was decorated so beautifully and it was impeccably clean! The little extras like snacks, were appreciated and the extra touches made us both feel welcome. We hope to return soon! Don’t hesitate booking this exceptional cottage.
