The updated kitchen is stylish and well equipped, with dining available at both the kitchen bar and the separate dining room.brbrOriginally built in 1910 in the Mission style, the house has been tastefully updated while preserving its character. The primary bathroom features a shower and bidet for added comfort, and there is also a half bath on the first floor. Roku TVs are provided in each bedroom, along with high-speed internet and streaming service. One bedroom includes a desk, while the second has a portable desk.brbrIf renting only one room, common spaces include the kitchen, dining room, and a second-floor area suitable for reading, stretching, or light exercise.
