Stayed Dec 4, 2025Great stay. Nina was a wonderful hostess and very attentive to our needs. We had an amazing gals weekend. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. A very cozy place within walking distance to everything in historic Frederick.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025We can’t say enough positive things about Nina’s home. She absolutely thought of everything. There were snacks, drinks in the fridge, condiments, multiple selections for the Keurig, hair dryer, shower needs, and more, Anything we needed to prepare a meal. We loved the furnishings, and the home was spotless. Nina was extremely communicative and even came over quickly when we couldn’t figure out one of the doors. User error, for sure. Everything in town was within walking distance. There is quite a bit to see and do. We can’t wait to visit Frederick again, and we will absolutely stay at Nina’s home.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We were very happy with our stay in Frederick! Our nephew was getting married and the venue was right in town. The location of the property was perfect for walking not only to the wedding, but for exploring all the town had to offer with shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, or walks through Carroll Creek Park a mere 10 minute walk.The communication with the host from booking until leaving was outstanding! The photos and description of the property were spot on in regards to accuracy. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked, had comfortable beds, great air conditioning throughout, and a terrific shower in addition to off street parking for two vehicles. We would highly recommend Nina’s property!
