Super convenient, clean and comfortable! Patty's Place is a well-appointed two-story apartment, perfect for travelers seeking a quiet, private, and modern space. Located just 1 mile from Rt. 270 and historic downtown Frederick, you get the best of both worlds.
Enjoy a private rear entrance, free dedicated parking with an EV charger, fast business-class internet, and thoughtful touches like a standing desk and yoga mats.

The Space
Well-Stocked Kitchenette (Lower Level): Features arefrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. There is no traditional stove or oven. The dining area seats four.
Relaxing Living Area (Upper Level): Unwind on the comfortable pull-out sofa (twin), watch your favorite shows on the 43” smart TV, or catch up on work at the electric standing desk.
Renovated Bathroom: A clean and modern full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels.
Comfortable Bedroom: Sleep soundly on a queen-sized bed with a new memory foam mattress and luxury Egyptian cotton sheets. The room includes a 43” smart TV, a rocking chair, a large closet, and a ceiling fan.
For your comfort, the home features a modern and efficient climate control system. You'll find slim, wall-mounted units in the main living areas and bedrooms, each with a simple remote to let you control the heating and A/C in your space.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment and 1 private parking space in the rear lot; also, where the EV charger is located. The lower unit of the building is a small office space that is maintained but rarely occupied by the hosts.
Important Things to Note
No Stove or Dishwasher: As noted, the kitchenette does not have a stove/oven or a dishwasher.

Important Information & House Rules
Connectivity: Business-class Comcast WiFi is provided for our guests' convenience.
Booking: You will receive a link to complete our rental agreement and security deposit hold. This must be completed within 48 hours of booking.
No Smoking / No Pets: This is a strict no smoking and no pet property. A minimum $250 fee plus cleaning costs will be charged if evidence is found.
No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Exceeding the occupancy limit will result in the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your stay.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Per city ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Noise complaints may lead to police fines and termination of your stay.
Apartment Details: The space has central heat/AC. Please note, it does not contain a dishwasher or a stove.
Security: For your security, exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Do not alter wiring or obstruct any electronic equipment.
Prohibited Items: No open flames, fireworks, illegal substances, or underage drinking are allowed on the property.

Check out Logan’s House, a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house, just next door and is also managed by Chris and Emily. Combined, both properties sleep up to 12 people.

    We had a great stay at Patty's Place! The home was very clean and the host was super responsive - the cleaning team even showed up with an extra blanket that we requested, nice! Note that the living room sofa for extra sleeping quarters is more futon style and not a full pull-out sleeper sofa. It was still comfortable but just not exactly what we expected. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!

    My husband and I only stopped at Patty's Place for an overnight stay but we found it and Market St in Frederick very charming. We loved a quick refreshment at Brewery Alley then an excellent dinner at Isabella's. Lou Lou is a shop not to be missed. Even in the extreme heat, Patty's Place was cool and comfortable.     Very clean and homey. We spent the evening enjoying downtown Frederick - this is a lovely location close to downtown attractions. Safe off-street parking, comfy lodging with multiple conveniences such as washer/dryer, cozy sitting room and designated rear entrance. We will definitely stay again!
