This spacious open floorplan can accommodate 10-12 people with its 3 bedrooms and pull-out sleeper couch, 2 full bathrooms (the master is equipped with a jetted tub!), A/C throughout the house, washer and dryer, and a private pier. The home is also handicap-accessible with ramps in the front and rear and kid friendly as we are providing a high-chair and a pack-n-play crib. Fishing rods, crab cages and lines, paddle board, and two kayaks are all available for your water activities. For the non-water folks, just sit and relax around the firepit, play a game of cornhole, or boardgames! We can't wait for you to visit and enjoy (and love!) the home that we cherish. Many incredible memories are ahead at this Cambridge waterfront!brbrPests: brIn the months of May to July, house flies are plentiful around the Dorchester area and could present a nuisance. There are fly traps set up outside the home to help prevent this. However, some flies will make its way into the house if you leave doors or windows open. Please remember to quickly shut doors when entering or leaving the house. Our pest control person said there is no much that can be done about them outside of traps outdoor which we are doing.brbrMosquitoes are a problem everywhere. We have the property treated every 4 weeks to help provide a mosquito free environment for our guests. brbrCameras:brPlease note that we have a camera monitoring the exterior front of the house for security purposes only.
