The house was very clean and spacious - an older remodeled home with lots of character. The kitchen had everything needed for a large group. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The stairs were interesting - as in many older homes a little steep and split at the top to go to opposite sides of the upper story. There were stable handrails for safety which were appreciated. Stairs may be challenging for those with joint issues. All bedrooms were spacious. Downstairs king bedroom was huge! We enjoyed our stay as we celebrated a family wedding.

This was one of the best vacation homes I have ever rented. It was impeccably clean with lots of extra touches to make for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet.

There was 19 of us so I rented two locations. This was one of them mainly because it had a bedroom and full bath on the main floor and we had a handicap person in our group. It worked out very nicely. Place was decorated very nice, and the owner was very quick to answer any questions during our stay. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late because of our handicap person. It was a great location and we enjoyed out stay very much.

The house is in good condition, comfortable, and well supplied. It's located just a few blocks from downtown and the waterfront park. In the back there's a shady, private sitting area. The owner is easy to communicate with on the VRBO app.

Conveniently located for birding at Blackwater NWR. We also enjoyed Cambridge and a visit to the Harriet Tubman Underground Railway Museum. Property was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Host has put some thought into it. We would definitely recommend it.
