Waterfront Cambridge Gem w/ Hot Tub, Pool & Dock!

We have been coming here for the past couple years for our large family gatherings. It has always been a pleasure each time. This time however our first night was very rough and uncomfortable due to the upper floor taking almost a day to cool down from 80 degrees. Another thing worth noting was that the pool water was quite strong. Our eyes and skin were irritated quickly while in the pool. The chlorine must have been high because even a black shirt turned brown. The fishing dock also may be in need of some fixing as there were boards sticking up and the dock itself leaned side to side as you walked. All in all still plan on coming back each year!

Large house with space to spread out. Enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit area. Enough room for 12 adults to have their own space but be together as well

This is an amazing property! Great for large families, with multiple spaces to relax or congregate. Between the pool and the crabbing, our kids and their cousins spent so much time together. That was the greatest part. From Bald Eagles nesting in a tree right in the backyard, amazing sunrises and sunsets, and fires on the back patio, this home has it all.

Beautifully situated property with a gorgeous water view, plenty of shade around the yard, and so many places to sit and relax! We were a group of 17 ladies, a mix of family and friends, for our annual Ladies Weekend, and everyone had plenty of room to enjoy themselves - yoga, reading, walking, sipping wine by the dock. It was a lovely getaway!

Many activities available on property such as games, hot tub, pool, kayaking. Kept us all occupied

We had wonderful time at the house. Location was perfect and the pool was great hit with everyone. We rented a speedboat for 2 days which was delivered at the dock.There was plenty of space for 20 people. Plan on renting this home again.

We enjoyed this beautiful house and property! We loved being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock. The house was really spacious and well equipped. Loved the game room, pool, hot tub, and screened-in porch! A few minor negatives: WiFi wasn't great, pool heater wasn't working so the water was pretty cold, and one of the showers wasn't usable due to a major leak. Over all, though, this place was ideal for our large family, and we would stay here again.

This house had it all!! huge pool, awesome grounds, and great views of the water. However, the property was FULL of flies and mosquitos! I usually don't mind if they are outside but that was not the case here. The flies were all of over the inside of the house (kitchen mainly) and made eating a terrible experience. Plus, we all have nasty bites from these insects and they itch and are painful.

The property was great, plenty of room to spead out. The swiming pool was quite the highlight. Sunset views over the river! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was well equipped and furnished beautifully. The master bedroom and bath were very large.We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards. The pool was bigger than expected and gave hours of enjoyment. Multiple tables and sitting areas allowed for varied activities in different areas. We ate at one table, puzzles on another and games on another. Sunsets were beautiful. Appreciated the screened in porch.

This house is awesome - very large and has room for all! It also has some old charm character and features that were really fun, like two hidden staircases the kids loved! Bedroom layouts were smartly planned to accommodate large groups and families. The property is truly gorgeous and huge - trails in the woods, lakes, tons of space for yard games and a swing set with two working swings. Parking was abundant, great basketball court and well stocked with the basics! The indoor pool is literally spectacular!

This property offered a truly magnificent stay. We were delighted by its gorgeous and clean environment, the peaceful atmosphere, and the impressive array of amenities. Finding a place that could comfortably accommodate our group of 20 for a two-day family and friends trip with a private indoor pool, hot tub, billiard table, table tennis, kayaks, and a private deck exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were spacious and spotless upon arrival, and we appreciated the ample supply of linens, towels, and kitchenware.However, the host's responsiveness was a significant disappointment. We reported a malfunctioning grill on our first night, expecting a prompt resolution given our large group needing to cook, but were told someone would come the following day. Additionally, the hot tub and pool heating were not working, and we couldn't locate the hairdryer. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host on our second day, we received no response. Improved communication would have greatly enhanced our experience.

Very large nicely appointed house with lots of space for large groups. Unfortunately the pool heater was out of service but they gave us a rebate for the inconvenience. One major deficiency is the internet/WIFI with is satellite and somewhat slow and dropped frequently . If you need streaming for work or other activities you might be frustrated.

Terrific house, beautiful scenery, property management was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again. Thank you.

October 11-14, 2024, we rented the “Willoughby” for a family reunion. Let me start out by saying this home is amazing. It looks exactly as pictured based on the website photos. It was even better than I expected. If you are considering this property, I highly recommend booking it! Believe me when I say the Willoughby is a rare gem. The location of the home is perfect and extremely private. The grounds are pristine and the view of the water is breathtaking. The home sits on the Hudson River with a long and spacious dock for fishing or catching crabs. Kayaks were provided and several members of our family took advantage of water activities. Access to the river was fabulous. There were a few boards missing from the dock as a storm had come in prior to our arrival. It was not a big deal and it did not keep us from enjoying the dock or water activities. I did notify our guest contact, Anthony, to make him aware. Anthony, was a fantastic guest contact and very responsive and available to answer questions. Anthony was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early to get settled and prepare for our 4 pm guests arrival. This was a big relief for us. The home, as you drive up the long driveway, is spectacular! As you enter the home itself it only gets more impressive. The inside is gorgeous and the rooms and furnishings are high quality. The home has an old-time charm and is very classic. It is a pleasant, welcoming, and comfortable environment. I loved the of this

The house was perfect for our reunion! The house was very well appointed and very clean. We were quite comfortable. If television is important to you maybe think about another property. This was suppose to be a football weekend. We did not get TV reception. We did however, find plenty of things to replace our football. Also, make sure you bring plenty of bug spray. There are a lot of mosquitoes.

All was good, except for the issue with the gas stove. 2ea knobs where cracked, so we could operate one side of the gas stove. I have pictures.

Amazing time with friends and family at this property. I just need to remember to buy more bug spray haha. Regardless though- it was worth it

We had a family of 16 people stay at the house and had such a fun time! There house was spacious and we had plenty of room! We used the crab traps (and caught 16 crabs!!) and also used kayaks. We all used indoor pool, game room and just all the rooms around the house. The dining room table was amazing and we ate dinners as a family every night! We would totally do this again!

This house was perfect for our gathering of 3 generations. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, indoor pool, hot tub, multiple bedrooms, ample eating space, and kitchen full of useful cooking and baking items. Since we were traveling in from many locations we appreciated the generous linens and towels. We had a large group and were thankful for the extra fridge in the garage and two sets of washers & dryers. The location is picturesque - right on the water with a long dock where we gathered for crabbing and to enjoy the sunsets. We spent most of our time on the property but also enjoyed visiting the Harriet Tubman Museum & Educational Center in Cambridge. Highly recommend this beautiful spot!

This was an amazing vacation house for our big family. We had 17 people and it fit everyone comfortably. The pictures don’t do this place justice. We 100% recommend and would love to come back!
