THE LODGE  brbrThe lodge is booked out by one group at a time.  The accommodation includes 4 double bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms in the house; and 6 x chalets and 2 x bathroom chalets.  It also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and family/meeting room. brbrWe are residing on a neighbouring site, therefore close at hand if need, otherwise our guests can be assured that their privacy is maintained and respected at all times.  brbrHOUSE RULES brbr- No parties permitted. We must comply with the noise restrictions within the bylaws of the District Plan, therefore music/noise must be reduced after 10pm to appropriate levels. brbr- Children must be supervised by an adult, who will be responsible for their behaviour and safety. There are other adjoining areas, such as the Duck Pond and Glass Houses, which although are separate and fenced off, these remain potential hazards. brbr- Should guests wish to explore the entire complex and view the ducks, chickens and kunekune pigs, this can be arranged, however accompanying children must be strictly supervised at all times. brbrIMPORTANT: brbrGuests will be liable for any missing equipment or any damage caused by them, or any associated visitors. brbrAmenities not shown on Glampinghub: Living room (Shared), Cooking utensils, Rice steamer, Water purifier, Stereo system, Vacuum cleaner, Washbasin

Come and stay in our Historic Stables. Located at the back of Talisman Nursery in a tranquil setting amongst mature trees. brbrBuilt, in the early 1920's with locally made bricks. It was used to house draught horses and equipment, as part of the Mangahao – Haywards power reticulation scheme. The Stables were converted into a beautiful cottage during the late 1980’s with the renovation work being done by a conservation architect. brbrThe Stables sleep up to 3 adults, but is ideal as a nice cosy retreat for a couple or a solo get away. Spend a weekend relaxing and re-energising in our self catering Stables. brbrEnjoy walks to the nearby Otaki Gorge, Chrystal's Bend, along Otaki River and the beautiful Kapiti Beaches. Bring your own bikes to enjoy the extensive cycle paths along the Kapiti Coast.
