It is a perfect spot for kids with toys and a sand pit. brbrThe location is excellent with easy access to town, parks and the waters' edge not to mention a killer coffee, slice of pizza and gelato 2 minutes walk away. brbrNb. The house is best suited to 6 people, including children.
