The temperature is set between 70-75 daily depending on the weather. Also full of light.brWhen we renovated the house the idea was to create an informal and rustic feel that reflects New Orleans. brThe house is located in a street with a large boulevard filled with oak trees. We are in the middle of the city, less than 2 miles from all the important parts of the city.brWe are located in one of the oldest neighborhood of the city, with easy access to the French Quarter, Magazine Street , the Garden District, Tulane and Loyola University, Audubon Park and City Park. It is the perfect place if you want to visit all the special neighborhoods in the city, nothing will be more than 10 minutes away.brThe neighborhood is very safe and walkable, there is a great restaurant 3 blocks from the house and Ferret street, only 5 minutes by car from the house is full of restaurants, supermarkets and bars.brWe have not done any exchange yet because we have been working on the renovation,
