The living area has a queen sofa bed.br*It is shared with 8 other units, one 5 bedroom house, one 4 bedroom condo, five 3 bedroom condos and one 1 bedroom condo. They may not all be booked at the same time though.br1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. For all guests over the maximum limit there will be a $100 per person per night fine. Parties of any kind are illegal per local law. Any guest holding a party will be fined $1,500 for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws are not broken. 2. The booking guest must send a copy of a government issued ID upon booking. 3. Quiet hours 11PM - 8AM. Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors. 4. While early check-in / late checkout are usually available for a small extra fee (used to cover the cost of an additional cleaner) this must be arranged in advance. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am. If you are not at the property, our our team will gather your items and store them at our office and there will be a $200 fee to retrieve them. 5. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Fee to remove the smoke odor from the unit and all upholstery. If the space is left excessively dirty $100 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids including feces will result in a charge of $250. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $500. Do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels. 6. Guests are provided 2 keys. 1 key should be left in the lockbox at all times in case your group gets separated, loses a key, or you lock yourself out. Lost/missing keys will result in a charge of $150 to re-key the locks - we cannot accept mailed back keys as we must rekey the locks before the next guest for security purposes. One key in the lockbox is attached to a BookNOLA keychain. There will be a $25 charge if the keychain is missing. 7. Due to local regulations and Airbnb policy prohibiting parties, `Locals` will be required to pay a $250 refundable deposit for their stay. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 50 miles of New Orleans. 8. Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not able to receive them at the unit and therefore cannot be responsible for them. We will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure. 9. For any items left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus the actual cost of shipping to have it shipped back to you. 10. Pack n` Plays and high chairs are available upon request. Ancient Odd Fellows Club House, Pool and Grounds

On the very edge of the Garden District with its storied streets and mysterious mansions there is one 1840's grey lady that is both wonderful and Odd above all others. Hidden in plain sight but long forgotten, the manse and its secret gardens loom behind the tall mossy walls. Passing through the the locked iron doors you are greeted to a luxurious hideaway unique to anything outside of the French Quarter.brbrOnce inside the gates, you enter an enormous garden terrace that overlooks the main yard with lots of places to sit and relax as well as an antique outdoor dining table. Here you will find a lovely pool surrounded by old lavender stones with a fountain spouting from the creeping fig covered walls.brbrTwo large antique French doors on the terrace open to the charming Living Room and Dining Room with very high ceilings and terra-cotta floors and a working fireplace. These rooms are decorated with European antiques and also modern sofas for comfort. Passing through an arched doorway there is a generous kitchen with tall wooden beamed ceilings, a 14' long stone topped island and painted exposed brick walls. The tall French doors in the kitchen provide beautiful light and great access to the pool just outside. The Kitchen is well equipped with a La Cornue range, Subzero refrigerator, large apron sink and Waterworks faucets. There is also a powder room off the kitchen.brbrStill on the ground floor passing through the Kitchen doorway you enter a lovely bar area which can be closed off and there is an additional truly charming Bedroom on the site of the original Stable at the Lodge. This Downstairs Bedroom also has a sofa and its own private courtyard and entrance...perfect for someone who wants a bit more privacy or a nanny etc.brbrUpstairs in the main house are the rest of the bedrooms including a generously sized Master Suite with lots of closets and an iron balcony. In the Master Suite the ceilings are 17' tall with multiple 10' windows and wooden shutters for privacy. All of the floors upstairs are antique hardwood. There is a lovely working (gas) fireplace for cooler nights as well. It is furnished as the rest of the house with many details and antiques as well as some smart modern touches. The Master Bathroom is en-suite Art Deco with a large marble soaking tub and separate shower. brbrThe house is unusual in that two of the bedrooms operate as their own private suite area which can really be wonderful when one wants to have privacy. Downstairs is very open and both major rooms open on to the large terrace and create a spectacular openness onto the gardens which, when the weather is good, is really wonderful. In all, you have a true hidden garden hideaway for French alfresco living! *Please note that we have a one week minimum during the following holidays/special events: Mardi Gras, Easter, Jazz Fest (Wednesday - Wednesday) Thanksgiving and Christmas.
