Charming Apt Close to the Garden District, Wi-Fi, Off-Street Parking, and More!

This cozy little apartment was PERFECT for me on my solo vacation. It had all the amenities I needed. I was a little nervous because it was on the edge of an upper scale district & a rough district, but I felt quite safe in the daylight, & reasonably safe after dark. If I was out past 10 or 11, I took a cab back to avoid the 4 block walk alone from the Streetcar that late, but there is a well lit bus stop on the corner across the street, too. There is a coffeeshop a block down, & Chester's grocery mart, bars, restaurants & trolley stop just 4 blocks up on St. Charles Street (near the Trolley). Seriously, use the trolley/bus ($1.25 or $3/day). Don't drive & pay for parking. The apartment was clean, but did have the typical closed up musty smell of an older bldg in a humid environment. This didn't surprise me. I just clipped a car airfreshener on the fan of the heating/cooling unit & I didn't notice it any more. The couch is uncomfortable & should be replaced. I didn't let that bother me. I didn't sit there much anyway. The bed & pillows were real comfy & I slept well. The quality of the bed did matter to me. I think the owner's descriptions & pictures were quite accurate. This is a cute little apt & I would recommend it. The location worked well for me, & I plan to go back & stay there again.

Great host communication, convenient location, good value

Helpful host! Big enough for two people. Plenty of kitchen tools to cook with. And it had a nice view of a courtyard. I wish there had been a blanket for cuddles but we made do. I felt the shower could have been better cleaned, however, we did enjoy our stay! Thank you so much!

This property was really great. The location and access to walking and streetcar was super convenient. Very quiet and peaceful units. Highly recommend this property as a home away from home. The Host was super easy to speak with and on top of everything.

Everything was as stated in the profile and Samantha was friendly and helpful. The apt. is newly renovated, clean, and full supplies (even soap to wash dishes and a hand towel!). Also the towels are super plush, Highly recommend.

The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with needful items like coffe, sugar, tea and ziploc bags. The pots and pans were adequate for the few meals we prepare .very convenient location to heart of NOLA without the hustle ans bustle. There were restaurants and codfee spots withon walki g distance.

Finding the property and checking in were both hassle-free. The assigned parking spots are a great convenience. The streetcar is about a 4 min walk and is only 1.25/ride or 3/day. The property is very clean and cozy, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close enough to enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Also near a LOT of great eateries and sites. Would stay here again!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. I would 100% recommend and would love to return.

The property is in an excellent location for access to the convention center, superdome, and French Quarters. I would definitely stay here again when visiting New Orleans.

Nice place. Clean with plenty of towels. Only needed a place to put my clothes when I took them out of the suitcase. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

We stayed over St. Patrick’s day weekend and had a great time. The apartment is just right for 2 people. Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make anything we needed. The couch is different than the one in the listing but I think it’s better! It’s a gold color made of some kind of velour. Very comfy. Bathroom was well stocked with products and towels including small ones for makeup removal. We also had access to the laundry facility down stairs which was great, as I like to take cleans clothes home with me. One of the best things we experienced was a parade that went down the street in front of the apartment. My daughter and I spontaneously joined it for a few blocks. We had a blast! I highly recommend. _

Stayed at this property for the 2nd time in a couple of years to attend a maritime conference at the Morial Convention Center. Clean, comfortable & well appointed, with onsite parking & easy access to most places of interest in NOLA. Sam is a great host & responds quickly to any queries you may have. Cannot recommend highly enough.
