You're also about a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter, including Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street.brbrYour stay features plenty of comfortable seating, TVs with streaming services, and a full kitchen with everything you need for making a meal on a cozy night in.brbrThere are 9 units in the building, and 6 parking spaces in the garage. While each unit has permission to park ONE vehicle in the garage, it is only available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the garage is full, you'll need to park on the street - same goes for any additional vehicles you may have. There's plenty of free street parking on the block around the building, so you'll never have any trouble finding a spot. Please note that the entrance to the garage is very steep, so vehicles with lower ground clearances may not be able to enter without scraping their undersides.brbrThe bedroom/bathroom configurations are as follows:br- Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a queen bed and a TV with streaming servicesbr- Bathrooms: There are two full baths with a walk-in showerbrbr**Please Note** : This building is located in a lively neighborhood. You can take a cheap Uber there and take the streetcar into the city to avoid dealing with limited parking and high parking prices.brbrAbsolutely no parties!brbrNew Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.brbr ***There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile. Please do not remove your ID from your profile at any point during the booking process, or your visit. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.brbr4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras are present at the property to verify these laws & house rules are not broken. All rental platforms specifically ban parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a ban from the platform.brbr7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.brbr8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. brbr9. If the space is left excessively dirty, $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100. brbr10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.brbr11. Entire 2nd floor of our building, spread out over 3,500 square feet in 4 separate units. There are two 2 bedroom / 1 bath units, one 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit, and one 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit (more details in space description below). Free, gated garage parking (1 vehicle per unit, first come-first served), plenty of free street parking for additional vehicles, and elevator access.brbrRent out the entire 2nd floor of our building, located in the lively Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans! You'll have access to all four units on the 2nd floor (details below), garage parking (details below), and plenty of space to spread out, stay together, and still have some privacy!brbrTo look at photos and get the best idea of the layout, it's best to click on All Photos and view them in order there. Click on the first photo to enlarge it, then you can click through them in order on the slideshow. Doing it this way, you'll be able to see the captions on each photo to confirm which one goes with which unit.brbrThe four units can sleep up to 28 guests if you have 2 people in each bed and 2 people in each sofa bed. If you don't use the sofa beds, that brings it down to 18 people (2 in each queen bed). In the four units combined, there is a total of 9 bedrooms, 9 queen beds, 6 bathrooms, and 5 sofa beds (one unit has 2 sofa beds, the rest have one).brbrNeed even more room Ask us about the units on the 3rd floor (same basic layout as the second floor) and our 5 bedroom unit on the 1st floor!brbrUnit layouts:brbr201: 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 1 bathroom, 1 sleeper sofa in living room. One of Macquet’s highest honors and favorite memories was cooking Nelson Mandela’s first meal outside South African prison walls.brAfter his extensive travels, the chef chose New Orleans as the perfect stage for his ongoing culinary celebration.
