This is a new stunning renovation with large rooms and twelve foot ceilings. Fantastic Renovation professionally decorated with all new furniture and accessories throughout. Two full bedrooms with one split style bath. A galley kitchen and large living room with a sleeper sofa. Lots of closet space with an in suite washer and dryer. There is a pool in the yard for guests use. There is a patio area with BBQ and outdoor seating. Pershing suite is equipped with central air and heat and high speed wireless with smart TV's connected to the wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with full size stove an full size refrigerator as well as dishwasher. The rear bedrooms over look the pool area. Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa can sleep 4 total. Each bedroom is private. Very private suite on the second floor with all old hard wood floors, large doors, and many large windows. Located one block from St. Charles Avenue and the St. Charles street car line. This suite is 3.3 miles from the French Quarter and is a short distance by street car or Uber (5-7 Minutes by car). Landscaped garden area around the shared pool. Entrance to the Pershing suite is through the main entrance via the front doors. Beautifully decorated foyer with antique crystal chandelier and lighting. This is a private suite and not a shared space.brNo pets allowed.
