Hello, I am John and I propose an apartment in a beautiful historic building located in the city center near Piazza Colombo, a few steps from the Ariston theater. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) but we will try to be there to help you with your luggage. The 100 sqm apartment consists of a spacious kitchen with a 6/8 person table. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, static oven, dishwasher, and gas plate. There are two double rooms for 2 people (extendable to 3) and a living room with television and sofa bed (another 2 beds). In total, the apartment can accommodate 8 people but its natural configuration is 6 beds. Only one very spacious bathroom. The entire house is equipped with a WiFi system that can be used in an unlimited way. The house is only 12 minutes away from the train station. It can also be reached by car that you can park (for a fee) in the nearby municipal structure of Palafiori (open 24 hours a day). There are approximately 300 meters of free parking at Porto Sole. The city of Sanremo has many attractions (sports, tourist, events, exhibitions, concerts, ....). - 18-hole golf course - Horse field - Tennis courts - Athletics track - Downhill trails - Enduro-cross country in our beautiful mountains - Regattas of different classes in the Gulf of Sanremo. I speak English and French but I prefer to talk with emails because it is easier for the job I do.
