The house has been completely re-furbished to a high standard by Civezza's premiere builder (Visigalli) The house retains its original village house atmosphere but has been designed by the local architect and has all modern day design.brIt is set over three floors. The first floor is the living room with original stone walls. it is comfortably furnished and has a sofa bed if required for extra quests. T.V. wi fi. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. brThere is a modern spiral staircase leading to the second floor where there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, second bathroom and the master bedroom with double bed. From here there is another small spiral staircase leading to private terrace where you can relax while overlooking the square and the beautiful scenery of the valley beyond.br.Civezza & SurroundingsbrSome reasons why Civezza is a perfect holiday location.brCivezza is a typical Italian hilltop village with far reaching views over the sea hills and valleys of the province of Imperia. If you have come to 'simply relax' then you need to go no further than this charming village which offers two shops selling everyday needs and locally grown produce including the famous Taggiasca olive oil and wine. There is a superb restaurant /pizzeria 'Le 5 Torre' serving very good pasta dishes plus a full a'la carte menu. There is also a take-away pizza service here. The village Bar Ristorante la Piazzetta on the main square with stunning views over the valley. The bar is open all day and also serves very good food for lunch and dinner is a perfect meeting place for morning coffee .There are many Festa's throughout the summer months plus live music at various venues within the village. The beautiful ancient church is also must to visit with its most stunning Interior and there are also local walking tracks throughout the valley.brFor those who want to venture a little further the nearest beach is 4 km at San Lorenzo al Mare and in the summer months a local bus will drive you down. Here there are several beachside restaurants, children's playground, Ice cream parlour, Banks etc. Most of the local beaches 90% are sandy & public one you can easily find free parking space. Of course slightly furthers afield you have the bright lights of San Remo, Genova Monaco and Nice all within easy distance for a good day out.
