Two very large double bedrooms and a small en suite children’s bedroom easily accommodate two families. Measuring 140 x 70 cm, the stacked children’s beds are suitable up to pre-teen and can be split to provide four separate beds.brbrThe bedrooms have thick stone walls, cool in summer and cosy in winter. The blue room adjoins the medieval tower and features the original chestnut timber beam and ceiling, now carefully reinforced with a steel beam.brbrThe kitchen / dining / living space is fully equipped with quality appliances, including Bosch induction hob, oven and large refrigerator; dishwasher; washing machine; and the usual small appliances, but rarely used for dining in summer.brbrSpacious outdoor terrace dining with Weber BBQ is used for breakfast, lunch and dinner for six months of the year. Moltedo was built for people and mules, not cars. Most streets are too narrow and steep for vehicles so one cannot drive to the door of SASSO6. There is some parking at the entrance to the village and more at the end of the main street. So it is very central, but you need a bit of fitness:br- To the east and south you come in about 200 steps, so in about 5-10 minutes. to the sea and to some restaurants or pizzeriasbr- To the west you can reach the central shopping street of Porto Maurizio with small shops and a market hall in about 5 minutes.brAt the Parasio itself there are a handful of pizzerias / restaurants.brbrAnother plus: the old town may only be used by residents. This means that there is a wonderful calm, especially in the evening. The disadvantage is that you also have to park the car a bit away (about 3 minutes on foot). To unload you can drive up to the house. Villa Sole is an independent house of 160 square meters, very bright with two terraces overlooking the sea and a garden of about 60 square meters equipped, barbecue area and uncovered parking space. Unique in its kind and positioned in a strategic area from its terrace, you can enjoy an incomparable view from the sea to the ancient village; in the evening, sipping a glass of wine, you can watch the lights come on like in a crib, you will fall in love with it.brThe house is arranged entirely on one floor with living room overlooking the sea and garden, kitchen, entrance, n. 4 bedrooms (2 with sea view), n. 2 bathrooms. It was recently renovated in 2012, it has every appliance including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge etc ... and all the necessary equipment including linen.brbrN.B: groups of boys are only accepted if they pay a deposit of € 500.00 in cash at check-in.br The deposit WILL BE REFUND (by bank transfer, paypal or cash) the day after check-out after checking the house and NOT AT CHECK-OUT.brbrIn the winter months, gas for heating is not included.
